Gratitude meditation: a simple yet powerful way to live better

Workshop (W41)

The workshop will focus on a gratitude meditation practice. This technique will allow you to get in touch with this sensation, experience it in the body and mind in order to increase the perception of well-being, decrease stress levels and increase the sense of gratitude, in everyday life. Thanks to this workshop you will be able to find a space to exercise, practice and reflect on gratitude, through a practical experience on the mat. No particular skills or previous experience are required, just the pleasure of trying and sharing together a mindfulness practice focused on gratitude.

Francesca COLACINO

Psychologist and Psychotherapist in training. I have always felt the desire to work to improve people's quality of life and well-being, so I studied and graduated in Psychology in Padua and further specialized in Milan and Florence, to achieve this goal. I work with children, adolescents and adults who enjoy starting a path of well-being and personal growth. I like to offer them a journey of awareness in a warm, welcoming, non-judgmental environment. And from the very first meetings we work together to face the challenges of daily life, with awareness and authenticity. I believe and work with theconsciousness that mind and body are inextricably linked and I aim to promote the recovery of a feeling of well-being and a deep knowledge of the body and emotions.
